“Propeller is a growing SaaS business specialising in the construction sector. Our applications are used by many UK and International companies. The main software products are EasyBOP a cloud-based business operations platform, EasySmartForms our paperless working app, and EasyPQQ our bid and tender management software.
We also offer bespoke programming with a unique construction industry perspective. Plus, we have a bid consultancy division. They write winning bids and proposals for construction contracts.
What are the main ways you use IDNet?
IDNet provide fibre connectivity for me both in the office and at home. But the main way we partner with IDNet is they host our critical business systems, and have done for over 15 years.
Data security and uptime availability is paramount to our business and that of our clients. It’s the reason Propeller is ISO27001 accredited and adopts rigorous information governance. Through IDNet we have access to the most robust mirrored server array distributed over two industry-leading data centres in Docklands, London. Our risk mitigation procedures are regularly tested with IDNet and we undertake high-level penetration testing.
What do you like best about IDNet?
Knowing that you are partnering with an ISP widely regarded to be one of the best in the business (if not THE best) is reassuring to me and my fellow directors. Their support is exceptional and they never back out of a technical challenge. The IDNet network never seems to be overloaded. This means that our client data is pushed around the globe at lightning speed.
